REPAIRS

Remember your bracelet is strong but handmade and not indestructible.

SJ Collection takes pride in providing quality jewelry. If your jewelry should break during the first 90 days from purchase, it will be restrung/repaired for free. After 90 days, there is a $10 restringing fee per strand. If beads need to be replaced, there will be a small fee based upon the materials needed.

Please email us to have your jewelry sent back for repairs.

RETURN POLICY

100% Satisfaction is the goal of SJ Collection. If you wish to return an item purchased within the first 30 days of purchase, a full refund will be granted when returned with a copy of the sales receipt. After 30 days, exchanges of unused items will be provided for up to an additional 60 days along with a copy of the sales receipt.
